@joect33 , for FBAR and FATCA purposes , as long as you signature authority ( even if you do not operate the account ), these count and therefore you must ( as a US person either citizen or GreenCard holder ) report these. For FBAR it form 114 ( at FinCen.gov ) and for FATCA ( form 8938 ) must be filed.
