@mtakashina - somehow someway, the Marketplace believes you had coverage (or applied for coverage) in 2022.
Marketplace sends a feed to the IRS of all beneficiaries. So when you try to efile, the IRS 'knows' who is supposed to submit form 8962. if you do not submit form 8962 and you are on the Marketplace file, the efile is rejected.
