Just wanted to put it out there for anyone researching this bug that I have this issue as well. Perhaps what you mentioned about carrying over from last year is the clue. I'll try to remember not to carry over next year. Like you, I know how to enter it in the form but I have always entered this in the interview area for over a decade. It just doesn't breed much confidence when bugs like this occur. I had already posted about another bug a week ago. Not good.
