I have already filed both my federal and state return and just did the one vehicle for CO. I have received my returns but need to still get the additional state rebate since the software only allowed me to process one of the two. Can I file an amended state return through the TurboTax software to add the additional EV purchase, or should I download this form and submit that? TIA
