In the past years TurboTax asked me about the sales tax, but I didn't see it this year. I just tried to file too quickly and ended up paying in $8,000, even though I got back $2600. I did do a search on sales tax, but found nothing. I should have called you guys. I retired in June and was paid out all my vacation and sick time, which brought me back to my normal income...however, they took out 24% off the top.
