Deductions & credits

Yes, you can enter those in the Deductions and Credits section, from the left menu.

1. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click on Show More
2. Select Start or Revisit for Income Taxes Paid
   
   
   
   
   Scroll down to the bottom section and select the one which applies.
