Do foreign shares gifted to me in 2022 need to reported on 3520 and declared on Form 8938 as well?

Hi, 

I am a resident alien (non U.S. Citizen). I received shares worth more than $100,000 as a gift from my family (non U.S residents) in 2022. I see that I need to file Form 3520 to declare these. Do I also need to declare these in Form 8938 as well? I received no dividends from these in 2022.
