I'm in this same situation, my custodian WILL NOT issue me a 1099-SA, despite me explaining the IRS code. They accepted my Mistaken Distribution repayment. They say, however, that they will apply it to my 2023 1099-SA instead of a corrected FY2022 1099-SA. What can I do?
