Hello, I have the same problem, so I followed your advice.
- Although I clicked "revisit" in the (Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion) that I'm trying to delete, there is no way to remove the amount I don't need. So it looks like it is still a part of my income.
- I checked "tool," but I don't understand that which forms are related to the (Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion).
I don't need this item because I found out that I should make 1099-R in stead. The income is in a foreign country, but it's annuity and less than 10K is in my foreign bank account. So I made a form 4852 in stead of 1099-R. Can you tell me how to remove the (Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion)?
