I stopped my self employment and use of a home office on 12/31/2021. I sold the house in MAy 2022.
All the discussions about this as to how to show on TT is rather confusing.
Make it simple, if possible.
STep by step: How do I show that I dont need a Sch C and did not use a home office.
How do I show all this and calculate the recapture of depreciation.
