You might try this two-tiered process to see if this works.

1. Click on Federal 
2. Click on Wages and Income  
3. Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
4. Scroll down to Less Common Income
5. On Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion, click on the start or update button

Now remove all entries in this section. Make sure nothing exists in this section. Scrub it clean!!!  

1. Now, click on Tax Tools in the black left menu bar at the bottom of the form
2. Go to tools>delete a form
3. Delete all forms 2555 and any forms associated with it.
4. Log out of your return.
5. Now log back in to see if the 2555 form and all worksheets have been removed from the program.
