You should not have to delete the expenses. Follow these steps to correct entries in the Child and Dependent Care Credit:
- Click on Federal down the left side of the screen.
- Click on Deductions & Credits down the left side of the screen.
- Scroll down to Dependent Care Credit. Click Edit / Add / Start to the right.
- Continue to the screen Here's what we have so far. Click Done.
- At the screen Here's what you spent on care providers, click Edit to the right of the provider whose address you need to correct.
- At the screen Let's get some info about your care provider, correct the address information.
