HSA/HDHP for spouse

My wife and I had a family HDHP for the entire 2022 tax year and I have an HSA for the both of us with my employer. When I get to the spouse section of the questions, Turbotax says that it sees a break in my wife's HDHP coverage in 2022 and it only gives me the option to answer whether the break was due to disability or other reasons. I don't understand how TT is able to determine that my wife had a break in her coverage when I selected family plan for the full year in the previous screens. Please help me to figure out this TT bug.
