I'm assuming you live in Minnesota. If you completed all of the detail for your Minnesota tax return, a form M1PR was prepared. To see if you qualify to e-file this form, or print and mail it instead:
- Sign into TurboTax, open your return, and go to your Minnesota state taxes.
- Continue until you get to the Other Forms You May Need screen, and select Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR), then Continue.
- Review your answers for M1PR and follow the instructions to e-file (if you qualified).
If you need to mail your M1PR:
- Continue until you get to the Filing instructions screen, and select Print Form M1PR
- Mail the printout by August 15 to:
