they are correct. 1) are you a US citizen? 2) will the partnership be reporting any foreign source income? 3) is there an amount on line 21
if one is yes and 2 and 3 are no then there will be no info for you to report on the k-3. uncheck the box so you can e-file. if worse comes to worse you can always amend later
