No, if the home was just for storage, you do not indicate it was used as a daycare. For the home office deduction, the area must be used exclusively for business purposes, with an exception being daycare because it would be unreasonable to expect a home daycare provider to use certain areas of the home exclusively for the daycare- the children use many common areas including the bathroom and kitchen for snack prep etc.
