@kamoses90k I don't work for TT.
It appears you tried to claim the credit which increased your refund which you were not truly eligible for. I do not suggest ever using your refund to pay your fees. This will always involve TPG whom then acts as the middle man to pay turbotax and it costs more $ then just paying TT up front.
TPG is always the middle man when you authorize your fees to be paid out of your refund and you would have had to probably missed reading the details.
Then what happened, your refund was reduced by the IRS that you claimed. you should be getting a letter from the IRS for the recalculation.
