Hi, I am trying to add in my work uniform (scrubs and footwear) as an unreimbursed expense, but unsure which line under 2106-EZ section C to choose. None seem to fit?

(I'm a dental assistant)  The only option that makes any modicum of sense is the 'Misc 2% Itemized (State)' option, but I don't know what that means.  Every other option definitively does not apply.
