I have a rental unit with lot of expenses including upgrades i did in 2022. Should i include all expenses in 2022 or break it apart and do the half in 2023? Rental until was rented for 9 mos in 2022 starting in April so, i even paid monthly dues for 4 mos...mortgage etc.
Please advise, how i should deduct on my turbo tax? Thanks
