bond accretion
My brokerage 1099-B has a section labeled, "unrealized cost basis information for securities subject to amortization/accretion". In it is a list of treasury bills I purchased in 2022. There is an "original cost basis" column which I understand. There is also an "amortization/accretion" column with subheadings "year-to-date" and "life-to-date". These columns are all zeros. I assume these columns will have figures next year as the treasuries approach or reach maturity. Do I need to enter any of this information in my 2022 Turbotax return? If so, where?
