I've read all the articles; I have other income to report, foreign tax was paid (as reported by Fidelity). I talked at length - maybe even an hour - with a TT representative. We tried various ways to get the system to accept the foreign tax payment to no avail. I believe there must be a flaw in TT system, which I hope can be fixed before next year!
