Do it as one business/Schedule C.  It will be much easier since you won't have to divide up expenses between schedules - especially the vehicle expenses.   Enter it as you described above - combine it into one business and call it Rideshare/Delivery or just Driving would be fine.   It doesn't matter what you describe it as.  The description helps TurboTax choose a business code and provides you with a list of common expenses.   The common expenses for both of those business types are the same.    Put all of your self-employment income and expenses on the same Schedule C (line of work).   

 

If you had one business as a driver and another business as a karate instructor, you would not combine them.  But in your case, these are both the same work activity.   @Throstle
