I am a female married to a female. We separated in Dec22 . I share legal custody with my daughter of her two sons. 10 and 8 years old. I have physical custody of them. My wife informed me that she filed her taxes already and claimed the boys. She has no relation to them other than us being married. She also informed me she took the boys social security numbers without permission or my knowledge. Can she legally claim them? I also don't know if she filed jointly or separately. Please help me to understand what is legal or not. Thanks
