NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE TURBO TAX
For One the The IRS already check and passed my refund for the total amount that's after fees and taxes
.But Turbo Tax is saying i checked the box to claim an additional Stimulus check that's why the IRS deducted
.I clearly remember it saying i can't claim it because it was already claimed sent to me last year
.I never authorized my refund to be sent to a third party.
My total Refund is as follows
-FEDERAL
$5,024 minus Fees and filling fees from Turbo Tax total is
$4857.88 i knew i owed the IRS something like $1600
Which was deducted by the IRS on the "Where's My Refund page"
Which made my actual deposit $3250 roughly
But i only got $1480 deposited by this fake "TPG PRODUCTS"
Please explain the error cause when it checked my **bleep** it said Federal All Good and State All Good
But now there is almost $1770 has disappeared
Make it Make Sense cause that's a lot of money missing when i trusted this platform to check my taxes
even brought in this "Live Help" to check through and we also checked to make sure i didn't try to claim
another stimulus check cause i would never.
Turbo Tax Provide better Feedback than just "We don't handle the money " Yet you got paid and i'm missing
$1770 it's complete BS.
I will never use you guys again, and if there is fault on your end i will proceed with legal action even if i don't win people need to know what a sham this is.
