Deductions & credits

Wisconsin Schedule SB is used to report differences between federal and Wisconsin income. These differences are called modifications and may affect the amount you report as a subtraction modification on line 4 of Form 1.

Are you able to view the Schedule SB?  In the online versions, you may view or print at Tax Tools / Print Center / Print, save or preview this year's return / Include government and TurboTax worksheets after you have paid for the software.

What entries are listed on the Schedule SB?  Entries to Schedule SB are made at the screen Here's the income that Wisconsin handles differently within the Wisconsin state tax return.

An entry on line 9 for Private school tuition would require disclosing the name of the student for whom tuition was paid.  Other selections may also require disclosing a name.
