If I leave all zeros in Column C, Turbotax makes no attempt at determining the PTC (PremiumTaxCredit calculation) and I it shows I owe federal taxes. If I simply add $1 to just one of the months in Column C of the 1095-A and leave all the rest $0.00, Turbotax then does the PTC calculation and I swing to a multiple thousand dollar refund. The only way to get the program to do the 8962 tax credit calculation is by entering this small value into Column C of the 1095-A. Isn't this a bug? I will technically be entering an incorrect 1095-A by only $1 (even though I did not receive any any advanced premium credits).
