NO, the cost of recreational activities for dependents is not a legitimate deduction.

The exception would be if the classes were for child care to allow you ( and husband if married )to earn income. The child would need to be under 13 for the cost of the child care to be claimed.  Uniforms and other fees would not be deductible.
