You cannot claim the credit for child care expenses in TurboTax Free Edition. You will have to upgrade to Deluxe, or use any edition of the CD/Download TurboTax software.
If your 2022 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is $73,000 or less you might be able to file for free using IRS Free File.
