If you have already entered all your Income, remember that the Child and Dependent Care Credit only covers $3,000 for each child.
If you had an employer plan that provides that much, you can't claim anything over that amount for the credit.
Also remember that it's possible you don't owe any more tax, and that's why you don't qualify. The child and dependent care tax credit is nonrefundable, which means the credit cannot reduce your tax any further if it is already zero.
