Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit for New Construction Home

Hi friends, I am facing a unique situation:

In 2022, I purchased a new home (new construction), in which the builder installed a level-2 electric vehicle charging station. They included the price for this charging station (material + labor costs) in my home purchase agreement, but installed it after my home closed. May I know if the price for this charging station is eligible for claiming the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit?

Furthermore, later in 2022, I decided to upgrade the original charging station the builder installed; I retained the wiring, and simple swapped out the builder-provided charging station with a Tesla charging station, and paid an electrician to do the swapping (pretty cheap). Given this information, can I claim the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit against the totally price of: builder's charging station, labor cost to do the wiring by the builder, cost of the new charging station, labor cost to swap the charging stations?  Or can I only claim the credit against the newly installed charging station price + the station-swapping labor, not the builder-provided charging station (new station is significantly cheaper because the builder-provided charging station price includes wiring costs)? Or can I only claims the credit against the builder installed charging station price + wiring & installation labor?

Thank you very much for your help!
