I need help finding the Ins.Co subscriber number on form 1095-B

Your 1095 B is NOT entered anywhere on your tax return so you do not need this for your taxes. This is for your records only.  Only a 1095-A is to be entered.  If you are having trouble finding the subscriber number for another reason you can either look at your insurance card or call your insurance company and they would be able to help you, it will likely be your SSN.
