I’m contemplating creating a whole new account and redo my whole taxes over again I don’t understand how they can’t fix the issues if they know it’s happening I’ve been waiting patiently , customer service couldn’t even fix it we tried to find a form that I don’t even have to delete , was told wait on the email saying it’s fixed .
