I filed my self employment taxes with the help of a live tax advisor, my child tax credit showed up as zero, I have two dependents under 17. Where's my child tax credit?

I did not receive a 1099 through Uber because I only made just a little over 3000. The advisor told me they just hadn't put that ctc in yet. But other people have it already, what's going on?
