Turbo tax is not allowing me to take the childcare credit for a child that had it in June and July PRIOR to August when he turned 13 per the law -what do I do?

Turbo tax is not allowing me to take the childcare credit for a child that had it in June and July PRIOR to August when he turned 13 per the law -what do I do?
it sees the age of him but needs to allow me to claim - I'm within income limits
