What can I do about Turbo Tax system uploaded the wrong w2 using the one from the previous year? I only became aware when a. mortgage loan office caught the mistake.

I had to amend the mistake and pay out $924.00 after the IRS accepted the original documents, prolonging my mortgage approval process.  Is this a Turbo Tax error worth disputing?
