@Nnhyme - if you have no children, look at Line 30 of Form 1040.
if you received your 3rd stimulus last March - May, 2021, then Line 30 should be zero! That is probably the issue. THe IRS adjusted Line 30 back to zero so that the refund is now less.
You can't receive both the 3rd stimulus AND the recovery credit on Line 30 - it's one or the other.
