Thank you for the response and for the link to the instructions for Form 1116. Unfortunately, as indicated in may answers to your questions in italics below, my question is with regard to the Turbotax screen, so the instructions are of limited value.
Are you referring to five boxes on a TurboTax screen, or on the actual Form 1116?

If it’s the former, what’s the name of the screen?
The name of the screen is "Reduction in Foreign Taxes". At least, this is the only name I saw.
