Please follow the steps below to Delete Form 4684:
- Click on Tax Home from Left Side Menu.
- Click on Personal Info from main screen and then click on Review/Edit.
- Then from the Left Side Menu, click on Tax Tools and then Tools.
- Then you will see a popup titled "Tools Center". On this screen, click on "Delete a Form". You will now see a list of all forms. Search for "Form 4684 - Casualty & Theft Worksheet" and click on Delete next to it and it will be removed from your return.
