I took standard deduction for federal bc it is higher but I want to itemize for NYS. How can I do this? IRS and NYS rules say I can. Itemized is $12k vs NY of $8k.

My itemized deductions are $11,830. Federal standard is $12,850 so it makes sense to take Fed standard. But NY standard is only $8,000 so itemizing makes more sense. TT is not prompting me for it.
