Just want to be clear and don't want to make the mistake in the last minute :), I can either
- e-file the return (including Form 3115) via Turbotax, and fax the only Form 3115+ attachments
- Mail the whole package (including From1040 and Form 3115 + other worksheets). In this case, I don't need to fax the Form 3115 + attachment again
