Why is Turbotax not posting the exact amount that I entered for Part II of form 2411? I had 14k in child care costs but it reduces it to 9.5 *before the form reduction

I enter 10074.5 for child 1, 4454.92 for child 2, however TurboTax is caluclating that to 6608 and 2922 for each child and entering it in Part II, which is what shows up in line 30 on the form.    That seems entirely incorrect.
