hsa transfer to Fidelity hsa but shows up as distribution on 1099 sa

How do I handle hsa transfer to another hsa but is showing up as a distribution on 1099 sa. Seems you can only select yes/no to it if it is/is not a medical exp. I transfer it from an employer based hsa account to Fidelity to invest it
