"I put zero on the schedule 8812 but it won't accept"
Are you saying that you
- Enter a 0 through FORMS on a TurboTax Desktop product, or
- Do you mean that you enter 0 at the screen We'll start off with advance Child Tax Credit payments in a TurboTax Online product?
If the software 'won't accept', are you able to move further through the software? What error messages are you receiving? Please clarify.
Everyone has to answer whether they received advance child tax credit payments.
