TurboTax does almost nothing in regards to a Net Operating Loss. But the 2020 program should have notified you that you MIGHT have a NOL (it does not calculate it though).
Did you make the election to "waive the carryback" of your NOL? If not, you DON'T have a NOL carryforward. It must be carried BACK 5 years and you would amend your 2015 tax return to claim the NOL.
