I am a sole proprietor with a space used exclusively for business and to see clients year round. I converted a closet to a bathroom in 2021 - the bathroom is for client use and in the space that is 100% used for business. Can I deduct the expenses of converting this space to a bathroom (plumbing, fixtures, etc)?
