I'm pretty sure the problem relates to what amounts should be entered in the columns for lines 12-15 of her 8962, and perhaps also as to how, in our circumstance, lines 9 and 10 should be answered, as well as whether lines 2 through 8 should be completed with her actual information (as opposed to zeros). Pursuant to the Form 8962 instructions for line 1, we entered 0 on line 1 (tax family size).
