It doesn't work. I entered it into 1B without anything in 1A and TT just keeping sending an error and won't let me complete the return. The only way I could get it to work (after talking to both USA Turbo Tax and Canadian Turbo Tax) was to enter it in both 1A and 1B so something isn't working right!!
