In this bulleted list I am unable to uncheck item #1 (earned income in prison). And I am unable to check #3. Why is this? I have not been to prison.
- "BLANK" earned income while in prison, work release, or in a related halfway house.
- The IRS notified us that we need Form 8862 to claim Child and Other Dependent Tax Credits.
- None of these apply to us
