It seems you are using a desktop version of TurboTax. To delete a form in one of these versions you can follow these steps:
- Within your tax return, use the Forms icon in the upper right of the screen to switch to forms mode.
- Scroll through the list on the left to find Form 8889, Health Savings Accounts, and select it
- Click the Delete Form button at the bottom of the preview pane to delete the form with the HSA information.
