I am completing the professional membership dues section. There is a section to fill in your dues that INCLUDE GST/HST, and the other section for your dues that did NOT INCLUDE GST/HST. Do I fill in both these sections (or will that count as me claiming my dues twice?) or just the first section as my fees did include GST/HST. This page is not very clear... At the bottom it also asks for how much liability insurance I paid but this is included in my professional membership fee total.
